Totala Textiles Private Limited is a major Manufacturer, Exporter, Importer and Supplier of different types of Unstitched Fabrics and Grey Dhoti. We are headed by the CEO
Mr. Ramjeevan M Totala. He has a vast 45 years and has been guiding us with his dynamic systematic approach to climb the stairs of success. We started our business with manufacturing of cotton dhoti in late 70s. After this we entered into the production of cotton texturised fabrics in early 90s. The company is located at Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, India.
Infrastructure
Currently we have 4 factories. Initially we started with a production capacity of 600000 meters per annum on english looms. We increased the production capacity on english looms to 21,00,000 meters per annum. In 2004 to modernize our machinery and enter into the era of shuttles weaving we started a unit of 16 Picnaol GTM-AS weaving looms. The production capacity of this unit is 9,00,000 meters per annum. These machines are equipped to supply best quality dobby suiting and shirting. Checks, stripes, fancy yarn etc all can be woven on these machines with excellent fabric quality. In 2009 we set up a unit of 16 high speed Tsudokama Airjet weaving looms. The production capacity of this unit is 20,00,000 meters per annum. With this unit we touched a total production capacity of about 50,00,000 meters per annum.
